Agency Matters. (a) Servicer shall maintain its status as an approved servicer for the Agency, HUD and VA, in each case in good standing (each such approval, a “Servicer Approval”). Servicer has adequate financial standing, servicing facilities, procedures and experienced personnel necessary for the sound servicing of mortgage loans and REO Property of the same types as may from time to time constitute Mortgage Loans and REO Properties and in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices.
