AGENCY OR EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP. This Agreement does not create an agency or employment relationship between the Company and Dealer or any personnel of Dealer. Neither Dealer nor any personnel of Dealer shall: (i) be considered an agent or employee of the Company; (ii) act or attempt to act or represent himself directly or by implication as an agent of the Company; or (iii) assume or create or attempt to assume or create an obligation on behalf of or in the name of the Company.
