Agency Support. United Way agrees to: a) provide partner agencies support through volunteer referrals, in-kind donations as available, group project opportunities, technical assistance, opportunities to network and other appropriate information; b) act as a resource in maintaining the 2-1-1 database; c) provide staff support through professional development workshops and one-on-one mentoring when appropriate; d) provide a volunteer engagement platform as available. a) update their resource information with Mississippi 2-1-1 on an annual basis and as any service is changed or added; b) actively maintain current information on all organizational and volunteer opportunities on Get Connected and report volunteer information to Volunteer Southeast Mississippi.

Agency Support. The Agency will continue to provide the space, general maintenance, and utilities consistent with applicable laws and regulations for the Child Care Center. The Agency will ensure that the space will meet the structural requirements and codes for a day care operation of 50-75 children.

Core metadata elements will be included such as creator, title, description, keywords, publisher, date, extents, coordination system, source, rights, and data fields with coded domain values described, where applicable. All deliverable spatial data shall be referenced to the following ArcGIS projection definition of NAD_1983_HARN_StatePlane_Washington_North_FIPS_4601_Feet. • Summary table of total number of existing ADA inventory assets collected. • Interactive web map viewer of ADA Inventory Data Collection, during the duration of the project with a plan about how to migrate the web map viewer and GIS database to the City’s infrastructure.
Agency Support. The Fund shall provide support to the Designated Agency and distributions from the Fund shall be paid and distributed to this organization once per year in the month of August, starting in August .
Agency Support. BI will make reasonable efforts to provide Agency with answers to specific Agency support requests as related to the Equipment, Monitoring Services, and overall operation of the electronic monitoring program. BI will supply Agency with an address for e-mail and a 1-800 toll free number for questions and / or feedback.
