Common use of Agent and Issuing Bank Clause in Contracts

Agent and Issuing Bank. No amendment, waiver or consent given or effected pursuant to this Section 10.01 shall, unless in writing and signed by the Agent or the Issuing Bank, as the case may be, in addition to the Lenders required above to take such action, affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Agent or the Issuing Bank, as the case may be, under this Agreement.
