AGENT APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS Sample Clauses
AGENT APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS. To obtain appointment to write any of the lines of business, an Agent must:
A. Have, at the time of the appointment, and continuously maintain an active insurance license and be in good standing in the states in which insurance activities are to be conducted and not have been previously suspended or terminated for cause by Managers or any other managing general agency or any insurance company; and
B. Be employed by, or be a principal of, the Agency that has submitted an Agent Appointment Application requesting the appointment of the Agent; and
▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as part of the Agent Appointment Application and this Agreement that the Agent agrees to be bound by, and perform subject to, the terms of this Agreement. Agent represents and warrants that Agent satisfies and shall comply with the foregoing appointment requirements. Managers may, in its sole discretion, decline to appoint any Agent who fails to comply with and satisfy the appointment criteria established by Managers.
