Common use of AGENT DISCLAIMER Clause in Contracts

AGENT DISCLAIMER. Tenant and Landlord expressly acknowledge that the Agent has not made an independent investigation or determination with respect to the existence or non-existence of asbestos, PCB transformers, or other toxic, hazardous or contaminated substances or gases, in, on, or about the Leased Property or any adjacent property, or for the presence of underground storage tanks, or whether or not any building or part of the Leased Premises complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act. Any such investigation or determination shall be the responsibility of Landlord and/or Tenant, and Agent shall not be held responsible therefor.
