Common use of Agent Expenses Clause in Contracts

Agent Expenses. Any amounts paid by Agent as provided herein are Agent Expenses and are immediately due and payable and shall bear interest at the then applicable rate and be secured by the Collateral. No payments by Agent shall be deemed an agreement to make similar payments in the future or Agent’s and Lenders’ waiver of any Event of Default.
