Common use of Agent Fees Clause in Contracts

Agent Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to each of the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, for its own account, amounts payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon in the Agent Reimbursement Letter.
