(a) The Co-Issuers and each Guarantor hereby irrevocably consent and agree to the service of any and all legal process, summons, notices and documents in any such action, suit or proceeding brought against them with respect to their obligations, liabilities or any other matter arising out of or in connection with this Indenture, by serving a copy thereof upon any employee of any of the Co-Issuers or any Guarantor (in such capacity, the “Co-Issuer Process Agent”) at any business location that the Co-Issuers or any Guarantor may maintain from time to time in the United States including, without limitation, at the offices of Navios Corporation located at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, XX 00000.
