Agent for Your Customers. In all transactions covered by this Agreement, you shall act only as agent for your customers and not as our agent or an agent for the Trust or the Funds except for the limited purpose of receiving orders from your customers for the purchase and redemption of Shares. In all sales of Shares to the public, you shall act as principal or dealer for your own account.
