Common use of Agent May Perform Clause in Contracts

Agent May Perform. If the Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Agent may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Pledgor under Section 13.

Agent May Perform. If the Pledgor any of Pledgors fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Agent may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable payable, jointly and severally, by the Pledgor under Section 13Pledgors.

If the Pledgor fails Pledgors fail to perform any agreement contained herein, the Agent Agent, upon notice to the Pledgors, may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Pledgor Pledgors under Section 1314 hereof.

If the Pledgor fails an Event of Default shall be continuing or result from any Pledgor’s failure to perform any agreement contained herein, the Agent may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the any expenses of the Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by in accordance with Section 1.3(e) of the Pledgor under Section 13Credit Agreement.
