Agent of Debtor. To the extent permitted by law, every Receiver and any delegate of the Receiver is the agent of the Debtor and the Debtor alone is responsible for his or her acts and defaults.

Agent of Debtor. Any Receiver appointed by the Secured Party shall be deemed the agent of the Debtor and not the Secured Party, and the Secured Party shall not be in any way responsible for any misconduct, negligence, or non-feasance on the part of any such Receiver, his servants, agents or employees.
