Agent; Representatives. The City shall be the Owners’ agent for purposes of this Agreement and is hereby expressly authorized to act on behalf of Owner. The Owner’s Representatives for this Project as of the date of this Agreement are Xxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxx but may be changed by written notice to Developer. Developer acknowledges that only Owner Representatives shall be authorized to make any changes to the Work on behalf of the Owner, as provided in this Agreement. The Developer’s Representatives for this Project as of the date of this Agreement are Xxxxxx Xxxx and Xxxxx Xxxx but may be changed by written notice to Owner.
