Common use of Agent Titles Clause in Contracts

Agent Titles. Each Lender that is designated (on the cover page of this Agreement or otherwise) as an “Agent” or “Arranger” of any type shall not have any right, power, responsibility or duty under any Loan Documents other than those applicable to all Lenders, and shall in no event be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any other Lender.

Agent Titles. Each Lender Lender, other than Capital One, that is designated (on the cover page of this Agreement or otherwise) by Capital One as an “Agent” or “Arranger” of any type shall not have any right, power, responsibility or duty under any Loan Documents other than those applicable to all Lenders, and shall in no event be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any other Lender.

Agent Titles. Each Lender or other Person that is designated (on in the cover page preamble of this Agreement or otherwise) as an “Arranger”, “Syndication Agent”, “Bookrunner” or “Arranger” any title of any similar type shall not have any right, power, responsibility or duty under this Agreement or any Loan Documents of the Other Documents, other than those applicable to all LendersLenders (in the case of a Lender), and shall in no event be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any other Lender.

Each Lender Lender, other than the Agent, that is designated (on the cover page of this Agreement or otherwise) by the Agent as an “Sole Lead Arranger,” “Documentation Agent,” or “Syndication Agent” or “Arranger” words of any similar type or effect shall not have any right, power, responsibility responsibility, or duty under any Loan Documents other than those applicable to all Lenders, Lenders and shall in no event be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any other LenderLender or Secured Party.

Each Lender Lender, other than Administrative Agent or a Co-Collateral Agent, that is designated (on the cover page of this Agreement or otherwise) by Administrative Agent as an “"Arranger," "Documentation Agent” ," or “Arranger” "Syndication Agent" of any type shall not have any right, power, responsibility responsibility, or duty under any Loan Documents other than those applicable to all Lenders, Lenders and shall in no event be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any other Lender.

Each Lender Lender, other than Sankaty and GB Merchant Partners, that is designated (on the cover page of this Loan Agreement or otherwise) as an “Agent” or “Arranger” of any type shall not have any right, power, responsibility or duty under any Loan Documents other than those applicable to all Lenders, and shall in no event be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any other Lender.

Agent Titles. Each Lender or other Person that is designated (on in the cover page preamble of this Agreement or otherwise) as an “AgentArranger”, “Bookrunner” or “Arranger” any title of any similar type shall not have any right, power, responsibility or duty under this Agreement or any Loan Documents of the Other Documents, other than those applicable to all LendersLenders (in the case of a Lender), and shall in no event be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any other Lender. Each of the parties has signed this Agreement as of the day and year first above written.
