Common use of AGENT TO ACCEPT SERVICE Clause in Contracts

AGENT TO ACCEPT SERVICE. The Contractor shall maintain within Xxxxxx County, Texas, a duly authorized agent to accept service of legal process on its behalf, and shall keep HISD advised of such agent’s name and address during the duration of this Contract, and for three (3) years after final payment or as long as the Contractor has warranty obligations under Article 25, whichever period terminates later.
