Common use of Agent to Exercise Lessor's Rights Clause in Contracts

Agent to Exercise Lessor's Rights. The Lessor has assigned its interest in the Lease to the Agent, for the benefit of the Participants, pursuant to the Assignment of Lease. To the extent provided therein, the rights, remedies, duties and responsibilities of the Lessor contained in this Section 11 and in the other Operative Documents with respect thereto shall be exercisable by, binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Agent, for the benefit of the Participants.

Agent to Exercise Lessor's Rights. The Lessor has assigned its interest in the Lease to the Agent, for the benefit of the Participants, pursuant to the Assignment of Lease.
