Common use of Agents as Banks Clause in Contracts

Agents as Banks. In its individual capacity, State Street and any other Bank that serves as a successor Agent hereunder shall have the same obligations and the same rights, powers and privileges in respect of its Commitment and the Loans made by it as it would have were it not also an Agent.
