Common use of Agent’s Authority Clause in Contracts

Agent’s Authority. Agent shall collect (and give receipts for, if necessary) all rents, charges and other amounts receivable on Owner’s account in connection with the management and operation of the Premises. Such receipts (except tenant’s security deposits and advance rentals, which shall be handled as specified in paragraphs 2.2 and 3.3 hereof; and special charges, which shall be handled as specified in paragraphs 3.2 hereof) shall be deposited in the Operating (and/or) Reserve Account(s) maintained by Agent for the Premises.

Agent’s Authority. The Agent shall collect (and give receipts for, if necessary) all rents, charges and other amounts receivable on Ownerthe Landlord’s account in connection with the management and operation of the Premises. Such receipts (except tenant’s security deposits and advance rentals, which shall be handled as specified in paragraphs 2.2 and 3.3 hereof; and special charges, which shall be handled as specified in paragraphs 3.2 hereof) shall be deposited in the Operating (and/or) and/or Reserve Escrow Account(s) maintained by the Agent for the PremisesPremises (except for those funds described in Paragraphs 3 (C), 4 (B) and 4 (C) hereof).

Such receipts (except tenant’s security deposits and advance rentals, which shall be handled as specified in paragraphs 2.2 and 3.3 hereof; and special charges, which shall be handled as specified in paragraphs 3.2 hereof) shall be deposited in the Operating (and/or) Reserve Account(s) Account maintained by Agent on behalf of Owner for the Premises.

Agent’s Authority. Such receipts (except tenant’s security deposits and advance rentals, which shall be handled as specified in paragraphs 2.2 and 3.3 hereof; and special charges, which shall be handled as specified in paragraphs 3.2 hereof) shall be deposited in the Operating (and/or) and/or Reserve Escrow Account(s) maintained by the Agent for the PremisesPremises (except for those funds described in Paragraphs 3 (C), 4 (B) and 4 (C) hereof).
