Agent’s Books and Records. The books and records of the Administrative Agent showing the accounts between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower and (if any) the Administrative Agent and the Subordinated Creditor shall be admissible in any action or proceeding to enforce this Agreement and shall constitute prima facie evidence and proof of the items contained therein.
