Agent’s certificates and approvals Sample Clauses
The 'Agent’s certificates and approvals' clause defines the authority and process by which an agent can issue certificates or grant approvals on behalf of the parties involved in an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which the agent’s confirmation or consent is required, such as verifying compliance with contractual obligations or approving certain actions or documents. By centralizing decision-making and verification with the agent, this clause streamlines administrative processes and ensures that approvals are consistently managed, reducing the risk of disputes over whether proper authorization was obtained.
