Common use of Agent’s Counsel Legal Opinion Clause in Contracts

Agent’s Counsel Legal Opinion. The Agents shall have received from Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., counsel to the Agents, on or before the date on which the delivery of the Company Counsel legal opinion is required pursuant to Section 7(n), such opinions and negative assurances with respect to such matters as the Agents may reasonably require, and the Company shall have furnished to such counsel such documents as they request for enabling them to pass upon such matters.

Agent’s Counsel Legal Opinion. The Agents Agent shall have received from Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., counsel to the AgentsAgent, on or before the date on which the delivery of the Company Counsel legal opinion is required pursuant to Section 7(n7(q), such opinions and negative assurances with respect to such matters as the Agents Agent may reasonably require, and the Company shall have furnished to such counsel such documents as they request for enabling them to pass upon such matters.
