Agents Duly Licensed Producers. All persons who are authorized to solicit, negotiate or procure life insurance and annuity contracts on behalf of the Company will be, when appointed by the Company and associated with the Distributor, duly licensed and appointed to engage in such activities under the insurance laws of each state in which such agent has been appointed by the Company.
