Agents Generally. Except as expressly set forth herein, neither any Agent nor any joint lead arranger or joint bookrunner listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities hereunder or under any other Fundamental Document in its capacity as such; and shall incur no liability, under this Agreement and the other Fundamental Documents.
