Common use of Agents Individually Clause in Contracts

Agents Individually. With respect to their respective Pro Rata Share of the Revolving Credit Commitments hereunder, if any, and the Loans made by them, if any, the Administrative Agent, the Arrangers and the Co-Agents shall have and may exercise the same rights and powers hereunder and are subject to the same obligations and liabilities as and to the extent set forth herein for any other Lender. The terms “Lenders” or “Requisite Lenders” or any similar terms shall, unless the context clearly otherwise indicates, include the Administrative Agent, each Arranger and each other Co-Agent in its respective individual capacity as a Lender or as one of the Requisite Lenders. The Administrative Agent and each other Arranger and Co-Agent and each of their respective Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust or other business with the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries as if they were not acting as the Administrative Agent, the Arrangers, and Co-Agents pursuant hereto.

The Administrative Agent Agent, each Lead Arranger and each other Arranger and Co-Agent and each of their respective Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust or other business with the Borrower Borrowers or any of its their Subsidiaries as if they were not acting as the Administrative Agent, Agent and the Arrangers, and Co-Agents Lead Arrangers pursuant hereto.

The Administrative Agent Chase and UBS and each other Arranger and Co-Agent and each of their respective Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust or other business with the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries as if they Chase and UBS were not respectively acting as the Administrative Agent and the Documentation Agent and the other Arrangers were not acting as the Administrative Agent, the Arrangers, and Co-Agents Arrangers pursuant hereto. 12.7.

Agents Individually. The Administrative Agent Chase and UBS and each other Arranger and Co-Agent and each of their respective Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust or other business with the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries as if they Chase and UBS were not respectively acting as the Administrative Agent and the Documentation Agent and the other Arrangers were not acting as the Administrative Agent, the Arrangers, and Co-Agents Arrangers pursuant hereto.
