Agent’s Right to Perform Contracts. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, Agent (or its designee) may proceed to perform any and all of the obligations of any Pledgor contained in any contract, lease, or other agreement and exercise any and all rights of any Pledgor therein contained as fully as such Pledgor itself could.
