Common use of Agent's Rights as Lender Clause in Contracts

Agent's Rights as Lender. The Lender or other financial institution serving as the Agent or the Issuing Lender hereunder shall have the same rights and powers in its capacity as a Lender hereunder as any other Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Agent or the Issuing Lender, and such institution and its Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to and generally engage in any kind of business with any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries or other Affiliate thereof as if it were not the Agent or the Issuing Lender hereunder.
