Aggregate 9% Transfers Sample Clauses
Aggregate 9% Transfers. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 9.2, the aggregate Percentage Interest that may be Transferred by the Alcoa Members, individually and collectively, during the entire term of this Agreement under both Section 9.2(a) and Section 9.2(b) shall not exceed a nine percent (9%) Percentage Interest in the Company.
