Aggregate Commitment Amount; LC Commitment Amount. The face amount thereof: (a) when added to (i) the outstanding principal amount owed under the Loan and (ii) the undrawn face amount of all other outstanding Letters of Credit, must not exceed the Aggregate Commitment; and (b) when added to the undrawn face amount of all other outstanding Letters of Credit, must not exceed the LC Commitment Amount.
