Aggregate Commitment/Borrowing Base. After giving effect to such Advance, the Aggregate Outstanding Advances shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the Aggregate Commitment in effect as of such Borrowing Date and (b) the Borrowing Base as of such Borrowing Date.
