Aggregate Services Fee Sample Clauses

Aggregate Services Fee. As compensation for providing the Services, Party B will be entitled to receive an aggregate fee (the “Services Fee”), upon demand but only upon demand, equal to up to one hundred percent (100%) of the Aggregate Net Profit of Party A during the Term of this Agreement.
