Aggregate Share Number. The "Aggregate Share Number" ---------------------- shall be a number of shares of Parent Common Stock equal to 2,026,871 shares (as appropriately adjusted to reflect the effect of any stock split, stock dividend, reorganization, recapitalization or the like with respect to the Parent Common Stock occurring after the date hereof and prior to the Effective Time).
Aggregate Share Number. The "Aggregate Share Number" shall be a number of shares of Parent Common Stock equal to 15,000,000 shares (as appropriately adjusted to reflect the effect of any stock split, stock dividend, reorganization, recapitalization or the like with respect to the Parent Common Stock occurring after the date hereof and prior to the Effective Time).

Aggregate Share Number. “Aggregate Share Number” shall mean the sum of: (a) the total number of shares of Company Common Stock that are issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time; plus (b) the total number of shares of Company Common Stock that are issuable upon the conversion of any shares of Company Preferred Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.
