A Share definition

A Share means shares of the companies incorporated in the PRC that are listed on either the Shanghai Stock Exchange or the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and quoted in Renminbi.
A Share means domestic shares listed on either the Shanghai Stock Exchange or the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in the PRC, which are available to domestic investors, QFII and RQFII;
A Share means (i) a voting class A ordinary share of US$1 in the capital of the Company from time to time, (ii) any B Shares acquired by the Parent, and (iii) any other shares in the capital of the Company which are designated or re-designated as A Shares, whether with the same or a different nominal value;

Examples of A Share in a sentence

  • A Share purchased or acquired by the Company is deemed cancelled immediately on purchase or acquisition (and all rights and privileges attached to the Share will expire on such cancellation) unless such Share is held by the Company as a treasury share.

  • Each Forward Purchase Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Class A Share at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to adjustment as described in the Warrant Agreement, and only whole Forward Purchase Warrants will be exercisable.
