Aggregated Data. Agilent owns the Aggregated Data derived from the operations of the Services, including, without limitation, the number of records in the Services, the number and types of transactions, configurations, and reports processed in the Services, and the performance results for the Services. Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting Agilent from utilizing the Aggregated Data, provided that such use will not reveal the identity, whether directly or indirectly, of Customer or any User.
