Common use of Aggregated Data Clause in Contracts

Aggregated Data. Flock shall have the right to collect, analyze, and anonymize Agency Data and Agency Generated Data to create Aggregated Data to use and perform the Services and related systems and technologies, including the training of machine learning algorithms. Agency hereby grants Flock a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right (during and after the Term hereof) to use and distribute such Aggregated Data to improve and enhance the Services and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes, other Flock offerings, and crime prevention efforts. Parties understand that the aforementioned license is required for continuity of Services. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly set forth herein. Flock does not sell Aggregated Data.
