Aggregating Interests. To the extent that any Shareholder's rights or obligations hereunder are conditioned upon such Shareholder maintaining ownership of a specified percentage of the Outstanding Shares or Equity Interests in the Company, the Equity Interests owned by such Shareholder may, without duplication, be aggregated with the Equity Interests owned by Permitted Transferees of such Shareholder for purposes of calculating such percentages.
