Common use of Aggregation of Interests Clause in Contracts

Aggregation of Interests. For the purposes of determining any rights, benefits or entitlements under this Agreement that are based, in whole or in part, on ownership of Units, a Partner shall be entitled to aggregate all Interests owned by such Partner and its Affiliates in determining the aggregate ownership of Units hereunder.
