Common use of Aggregation of Shares Clause in Contracts

Aggregation of Shares. All the Shares held by any Investor or its Affiliates shall be aggregated for the purposes of determining the availability of any rights of such Investor under this Agreement.

All For purposes of any determination under this Agreement concerning the Shares number of shares of Holdings capital stock held by any Investor or an Advisor, all shares of Holdings capital stock held by an Advisor and its Affiliates shall be aggregated for the purposes of determining the availability of any rights of such Investor under this Agreementtogether.

All the Shares held by any an Investor or and its Affiliates and Affiliated Funds shall be aggregated together for the purposes of determining the availability of any rights of such under Articles II, III and IV. Within any Principal Investor Group, the Investors may allocate the ability to exercise any rights under this AgreementAgreement in any manner that such Principal Investor Group (by a Majority in Interest of the Shares held by such Principal Investor Group) sees fit.

Aggregation of Shares. All Securities held or acquired by the Shares held by any Investor or and/or its Affiliates shall be aggregated together for the purposes purpose of determining the availability of any Investor rights of such Investor under this Agreement.

All the Shares held by any Investor or a Stockholder and its Affiliates and Affiliated Funds shall be aggregated together for the purposes of determining the availability of any rights or incurrence of any obligations under Section 4. Within any Principal Investor Group, the Principal Investors who are members of such Principal Investor Group may allocate the ability to exercise any rights and/or the incurrence of any obligations under this AgreementAgreement in any manner that such Principal Investor Group (by a Majority in Interest of the Shares held by such Principal Investor Group) sees fit.

Aggregation of Shares. All the Shares held or acquired by any Affiliates of an Investor or its Affiliates shall be aggregated together for the purposes purpose of determining the availability of any rights of such Investor under this AgreementAgreement and such Affiliates may apportion such rights as among themselves in any manner they deem appropriate.

Within any group comprised of a Stockholder and its Affiliates and Affiliated Funds, such Investor Stockholders may allocate the ability to exercise any rights under this AgreementAgreement in any manner that such group (by a majority of the Shares held by such group) sees fit.

Aggregation of Shares. All Securities held or acquired by the Shares held by any Investor or and/or its Affiliates shall be aggregated together for the purposes purpose of determining the availability of any rights of such the Investor under this Agreement.

Within any Investor Group, the Investors may allocate the ability to exercise any rights under this Agreement in any manner that such Investor Group (by a Majority in Interest of the Shares held by any Investor or its Affiliates shall be aggregated for the purposes of determining the availability of any rights of such Investor under this AgreementGroup) sees fit.

All the Shares held by any an Investor or Other Investor and its Affiliates and Affiliated Funds shall be aggregated together for the purposes of determining the availability of any rights of such Investor under this Agreement. Within any Stockholder Group, the Stockholders may allocate the ability to exercise any rights under this Agreement in any manner that such Stockholder Group (by holders of a majority of the Shares held by such Stockholder Group) determines.

Aggregation of Shares. All the Shares held by any a Stockholder and its Affiliates, or in the case of an Investor, such Investor or and its Affiliates Corresponding Investor Group, shall be aggregated together for the purposes of determining the availability of any rights or incurrence of any obligations hereunder. Within any Investor Group, the members of such Investor Group may allocate the ability to exercise any rights and/or the incurrence of any obligations under this AgreementAgreement in any manner that such members of the Investor Group sees fit.
