Aggregation of Warrants for Payment. If more than one Warrant certificate shall be delivered at the Closing Time for sale by a Holder, the purchase price for all such Warrants presented shall be computed on the basis of the aggregate number of Warrants represented by the Warrant certificates so delivered. The aggregate purchase price for the Warrants shall be rounded to the nearest whole cent.
