AGREED AND DECLARED AS FOLLOWS. In consideration of the rent hereinafter reserved and of the other conditions herein contained, the lessor agrees to let out and Xxxxxx agrees to take on lease the land, hereditaments and premises known as together with all buildings and erections, fixtures and fittings, standing and being thereon (hereinafter called “THE SAID PREMISES”) more particularly described in SCHEDULE ‘A’.

The affiliatee will be authorized by I.S.D.T. to set up and established a study centre, starting its affiliation for the period starting from to upon the terms and subject to the conditions as laid out in this agreement and as per the "Offer of Affiliation" by I.S.D.T.; that may be modified time to time as per the policy of the affiliate as and when it desires to do which shall not be questioned by the affiliate at any point of time.
