Agreed Areas. The parties agree that the total rentable area of the Building, the area of the Premises, and the Tenant's percentage of the Building are as follows: Total rentable area of the building: 49,068 sq. ft.; Area of Premises: 32,493 sq. ft.; and Tenant's percentage of the Building: 66.22%
Agreed Areas. Total rentable area of the building: 68,943 sq. ft.; Area of Premises: 7,227 rentable sq. ft.; Tenant's percentage of the Building: 10.48%

Total rentable area of the 2000 Building: 121,658 square feet; Area of 2000 Premises: 15,807 rentable square feet; Tenant's percentage of the 2000 Building: 12.99%, which percentage shall also be referred to herein as "TENANT'S SHARE FOR 2000 PREMISES." Collectively, "Tenant's Share for 4000 Premises" and "Tenant's Share for 2000 Premises" shall be referred to as "TENANT'S TOTAL SHARE".
