Common use of Agreed forms Clause in Contracts

Agreed forms. In this Agreement, any document expressed to be “in the agreed form” means a document in a form agreed by (and for the purposes of identification signed by or on behalf of) the Borrower and the Banks or (in the case of any of the other Security Documents) a document in the form actually executed by both the relevant Security Party or relevant Security Parties and the Agent and/or the Banks.

Agreed forms. In this Agreement, any document expressed to be “in the agreed form” means a document in a form agreed by (and for the purposes of identification signed by or on behalf of) the Borrower and the Banks or (in the case of any of the other Security Finance Documents) a document in the form actually executed by both the relevant Security Party or relevant Security Parties and the Agent and/or the Banks.
