Common use of Agreed Value of Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Agreed Value of Aircraft. (CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL OMITTED) The Agreed Value is expressed in March 2001 U.S. Dollars and will increase in accordance with Manufacturer's announced escalation rate from March 1, 2001 to the Delivery Date. On each annual renewal date of LESSEE's insurance policy commencing on the renewal date following the first anniversary of the Lease Term, the Agreed Value will decrease by two percent (2.0%) of the then existing Agreed Value.
