AGREEMENT ALTERATIONS AND AMENDMENTS. This Agreement may be amended by mutual agreement of the Parties in the form of a written request to amend this Agreement. Such amendments shall only be binding if they are in writing and signed by personnel authorized to bind each of the Parties. Changes to the budget, SUB-RECIPIENT’S Primary Contact, and WTSC Program Manager can be made through email communication and signatures are not required.
