Agreement and Annexes. The Agreement supersedes all prior written or oral statements, agreements and representations of the Parties on matters relating to its content. The Annexes form an integral part of the Agreement. Where there are discrepancies or conflicts between or among the Agreement and its Annexes, precedence shall be given in the following order: 1. Agreement; 2. Annex 1; 3. [Option: Annex 2; and others if required]
