XXX and ASU agree to establish a collaborative education program known as the “XXX-ASU International Accelerated Degree Program” (the “Program”) under which qualified graduate students enrolled at XXX who have successfully completed the first year of their master’s degree curriculum may apply for admission to study at ASU (subject to all applicable ABOR and ASU admission policies, procedures and standards) for the next year to complete a one-year specialized master’s program resulting in the award of a master’s degree by XXX and a master’s degree by ASU. The parties will conduct the Program in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Program Agreement. No agreement or understanding amending or varying the terms of this Program Agreement shall be legally binding on either party unless made in writing and signed by both parties. The academic component of the Program will be implemented and administered in two phases. During Phase I, XXX will identify and encourage qualified students to become candidates for the Program. These students will study at XXX and complete the first year of their master’s program. XXX will notify its students who have achieved the requisite level of performance to qualify for the Program at ASU, and recommend that they apply for the Program pursuant to the application instructions for the appropriate IADP format provided online at xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/iadp. ASU will evaluate these students’ applications and determine their admissibility. The students admitted by ASU will enter Phase II of the Program and continue their studies at ASU for the next year according to the approved curricular Plan of Study (POS). Following completion of the requirements for each degree, a successful student will receive two separate master’s degrees: one from XXX, and one from ASU. The following schools, colleges and academic units shall participate in the Program (each, a “Participating Unit” and together, the “Participating Units”), and offer the following degree programs under this Program Agreement: For ASU: name of school/college: degree programs offered For XXX: name of school/college: degree programs offered Each Participating Unit will require a Curricular Plan of Study (POS) approved by both XXX and ASU, which sets forth the required and elective courses necessary to satisfy the requirements for the master’s degree at XXX and the master’s degree at ASU. The Curricular Plan of Study will detail each Participating Units’ course sequences to guide students’ progression through the Program. Each party may amend its respective Curricular Plan of Study as it deems necessary or appropriate, subject to the reasonable approval of the other party as described in Section 1.3 above. Below is a description of each phase of the Program and requirements for students participating in the Program.

During their three (3) years of undergraduate study at XXX, students will complete courses required by their own disciplines as well as any extra English language training needed to achieve the language proficiency requirement for ASU admission. XXX students who wish to proceed to Phase II will, during Year 3 at XXX, apply to ASU for the International Undergraduate Admission to XXX /undergraduate degree program in order to complete Year 4 of their undergraduate studies at ASU. XXX students who have successfully completed their first three years of undergraduate study at XXX (including having earned a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4 points) and who satisfy ASU’s International Undergraduate Admission requirements will be admitted to study at ASU as undergraduates subject to their receipt of an F-1 visa. ASU will provide an official admission letter to each student to assist their application for an F-1 visa. Students are responsible for applying for the student visa and addressing all immigration matters with the appropriate authorities. XXX students must meet the applicable English language proficiency requirements for ASU admission: Undergraduate English Proficiency: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/international/undergrad/english-proficiency Graduate English Proficiency: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/international/graduate/english-proficiency XXX students who do not satisfy the criteria set forth in Sections 2.4.3 and 2.4.4 or who are unable to obtain an F-1 visa will not be eligible to continue in the Program. Program students admitted to ASU will spend their first year at ASU (which will be Year 4 of their undergraduate studies) completing the approved curricula for their bachelor’s degree program. Program students who successfully complete one year of degree-specific course work at ASU specified by the Curricular Plan of Study will be reviewed and evaluated by XXX. If approved, XXX will award the student an official certificate indicating that the student has fulfilled all of the course requirements for a bachelor’s degree at XXX.

XXX and ASU agree to establish a collaborative education program known as the “XXX-ASU International Accelerated Dual Degree Program” (the “Program”) under which qualified graduate undergraduate students enrolled at XXX who have successfully completed the first year two (2) years of their masterbachelor’s degree curriculum may apply for admission to study at ASU (subject to all applicable ABOR and ASU admission policies, procedures and standards) for the next year two (2) years to complete finish a one-year specialized master’s program required training curriculum resulting in the award of a master’s degree by XXX and a masterbachelor’s degree by ASU. Students may then transfer their ASU credits back to XXX for the award of a second bachelor’s degree by XXX. The parties will conduct the Program in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Program Agreement. No Except as provided in Section 2.1 below, no agreement or understanding amending or varying the terms of this Program Agreement shall be legally binding on either party unless made in writing and signed by both parties. The parties will mutually agree on a curricular plan of study (“Plan of Study”), which will set forth the required courses and elective courses satisfying the Bachelor’s Degree requirement at each of XXX and ASU. The Plan of Study will be appended to this Program Agreement and will detail the course sequences to guide students’ progression through the Program. The Program will commence upon execution of this Program Agreement and approval of the Plan of Study by the xxxx (or other authorized official) of each party’s school/college identified on the first page of this Program Agreement (each, a “Participating Unit” and, together, the “Participating Units”). Notwithstanding Section 1.3 above, each party may amend its respective Plan of Study without the need for a formal amendment to this Program Agreement, provided that the xxxx (or other authorized official) of each party’s Participating Unit approves the change in writing. The curriculum is reviewed and can potentially be changed yearly at ASU. The academic component of the Program will be implemented and administered in two phases. ASU will evaluate these studentsthe candidates’ applications and determine their admissibility. The students admitted by ASU will enter Phase II of the Program and continue their studies at ASU for the next year two years according to the approved curricular Plan of Study (POS)Study. During their first year of study at XXX, students will complete courses required by their own disciplines as well as any extra English language training needed to achieve the language proficiency requirement for admission to ASU. XXX students will apply to ASU’s Graduate Admissions and submit official copies of the graduation certificate and transcript of the bachelor’s degree (in original language and English translation). XXX will forward an official copy of the student’s graduate transcript in original language and English translation to ASU Graduate Admissions Services. ASU will assess and determine each applicant’s qualification for admission in the same manner as for other international students who apply to ASU, in accordance with ASU admission procedures and standards, and will admit students solely at its discretion following the process described in Section 2.4.4 and 2.4.5 below. Students must complete Phase 1 with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4 points in order to be admitted to ASU for Phase II of the Program. English language proficiency for ASU admission must be at least TOEFL 90 or IELTS 7.0 in order to be admitted to ASU for Phase II of the Program. Students with a TOEFL between 80 and 100 or IELTS between 6.5 and 7.5 will be admitted but are required to successfully complete the appropriate ASU Global Launch English language program xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/learn-english/asu-admission. Upon receipt of the documents listed in 2.4.2, ASU Graduate Admission Services and XXX will evaluate the student’s qualifications for admission. If the student meets ASU’s graduate admission standards, the student will be admitted into the chosen master’s program offered through this Program Agreement for which a Curricular Plan of Study has been provided and proceed to Phase II of the Program. XXX students who do not satisfy the criteria set forth in Sections 2.4.3 and 2.4.4 or who are unable to obtain an F-1 visa will not be eligible to continue in the Program. Students who successfully proceed to Phase II of the Program will spend their second year at ASU (Year 2 of their studies) completing the approved curricula for the ASU master’s degree program. Students in Phase II will be admitted into one of the degree programs referenced in Section 2.2.1 above. Students in Phase II will be afforded all of the usual privileges of ASU’s full time international graduate students in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. ASU will review and consider transfers of up to 12 credit hours of appropriate graduate coursework taken at XXX to ASU. Such transfers are at the sole discretion of the Name of ASU Academic Unit. Program students who successfully complete Phase II will be awarded a master’s degree from ASU. Student tuition and fees for Phase I studies will be established and collected by XXX and ASU shall have no claim against those fees. Student tuition and fees for Phase II studies will be established and collected by ASU and XXX shall have no claim against those fees. XXX waives any and all rights to any commission on student tuition and fees paid to ASU. Students in Phase II are liable for all costs to study at ASU. The cost shall include all travel, room and board, insurance coverage, and all tuition and prescribed fees to be collected by ASU. The base tuition and fees for Phase II are those published by ASU for international students. Tuition and fees may be adjusted at the sole discretion of ASU. Student educational records are protected by the U.S. Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1232g and its implementing regulations (FERPA). The parties will not require any ASU students or employees to waive any privacy rights (including under FERPA or the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)) as a condition for receipt of any educational services, and any attempt to do so will be void. The parties will comply with FERPA and will not access or make any disclosures of student educational records to third parties without prior notice to and consent from ASU or as otherwise provided by law. In order to facilitate the purposes of this Program Agreement, only, ASU designates administrators of this Program Agreement at XXX as a “school official” for ASU under FERPA, as that term is used in FERPA. For issues involving any particular program participant, the XXX administrators shall remain designated school officials through the completion of the participants’ ASU degree program and fulfillment of their program participant obligations. In addition, any access to or disclosures of student educational records made by administrators of this Program Agreement at XXX must comply with ASU’s definition of legitimate educational purpose in SSM 107-01: Release of Student Information. If an administrator violates the terms of this section, they will immediately provide notice of the violation to ASU.
