AGREEMENT AREA. The area over which the rights are granted is the Crown range within the area outlined in bold black on the attached Exhibit A map, less any of the following: a) exclusions noted on the Exhibit A b) exclusions arising from Exhibit B conditions c) exclusions arising from the Range Use Plan or Range Stewardship Plan associated with this agreement.

AGREEMENT AREA. Block area whose surface projection is delimited by the polygon defined in Annex I or the portions of the Block area that remain retained by the Contractors after the partial returns provided for in this Agreement. Development Area: any portion of the Agreement Area retained for the Development Phase.

AGREEMENT AREA. The map attached as Appendix A defines the agreement area. The agreement area is comprised of two distinct zones; the 'Recreation Emphases Zone' and the 'Timber Management Emphasis Zone’, which together constitute the ski club operating area.

AGREEMENT AREA. (a) The Agreement Area means that area as defined in Annexure I attached to this Agreement the original Agreement Area shall be deemed to contain *** square kilometres, excluding existing mining areas permitted by relevant Mining Enterprises under the Ministry, prior to the Effective Date. (b) COMPANY (A) shall not be permitted to execute exploration and feasibility study activities according to this Agreement in the area of archaeological heritage, village, tract, road, cultivated areas, industrial complex, religious compounds and all other areas restricted by relevant Ministries under the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

AGREEMENT AREA. The area described in Annex “A” hereto and appearing in Annex “B”, called BLOCK XXIII, located in the provinces of Contralmirante ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Tumbes in the Tumbes Department, and Talara in Piura Department, covering a surface area of ninety three thousand one hundred ninety eight point nine hundred fifty six hectares (93,198.956 ha). The Agreement Area will be redefined after excluding the areas released by the Contractor, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. Likewise, when the exploration results warrant a new Agreement Area configuration, and at the request of the Contractor, supported by a report addressed to PERUPETRO, including proposals for working in the new area, and after approval by PERUPETRO, the Agreement Area may be re-demarcated. The change will be approved pursuant to existing law. Under no circumstance shall the new demarcation increase the original Agreement’s area. Should any discrepancies arise between Annex “B” and the description in Annex “A”, Annex “A” shall prevail.
