Agreement as to Ownership of the Project. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section 5.6 but subject to the provisions of Section 3.4 hereof, the Company in its sole discretion and business judgment may choose to cease operation of all or any portion of the Project or transfer all or part of the Project to another entity which may cease such operation.
