Agreement Binding; Assignees. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their respective successors and assigns where permitted by this Agreement. In the event of a permitted assignment of this Agreement, both Parties shall remain bound by their respective obligations under this Agreement, unless an express release is given by the non-assigning Party.
