Agreement Binding on Successors and Assigns, etc. Except as herein otherwise expressly provided, all covenants, agreements, provisions and conditions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, successors in interest and assigns as well as grantees of Owner, and shall run with the land. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all rights of Manager under this Agreement may be granted by Manager to any permitted assignee of Manager, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
