Common use of Agreement Binding on the Town Parties Clause in Contracts

Agreement Binding on the Town Parties. No covenant, obligation or other agreement in this Agreement shall be deemed to be a covenant, obligation or agreement of any past, present or future member, official, officer, agent or employee of the Town Parties, other than in his or her official capacity, and neither the officers of the governing bodies of the respective Town Parties executing this Agreement shall be liable personally by reason of the covenants, obligations or agreements of the Town Parties under this Agreement.
